Love Communities will be environmentally conscious with each product we purchase and everything we do, this also applies to all of the construction products we will use to build our communities.
Some of the eco-products include: recycled and reclaimed
materials like wood and metals, three miles of natural roadways,
eco-paints and varnishes, eco-flooring, smart glass and solar glass,
cisterns, greywater systems, concrete alternatives, composting
toilets, low flush toilets, faucets and showerheads, water
filtration, septic tanks, energy-efficient lighting, refrigerators,
clothes washers and dryers, eco-furniture, eco-bedding, and
composting systems in every dome. Every product we chose will be of
the highest quality and have the least impact on the environment.
Each person in Love Communities will be given a bicycle and helmet of their choice so that they may use around the community. All the rest of our transportation needs will be electrically powered. We will have a small fleet of carts, cars, vans, and perhaps even a bus. All of our electric vehicles will be recharged using 100% renewable energy via our massive solar microgrid.
