The cost to join Love Communities is 250,000 USD per person. This price includes a small weekly salary, health insurance, and other insurance policies, food, legal, taxes, administrative, security, maintenance, sanitation, everything to run the community for approximately five years.
So that nobody is excluded based on monetary reasons alone, an extra six percent fee is included in the cost for 135 people. Therefore, we will be able to accept at least nine people per community who are exceptional and meet all other criteria, except financial.
The 135 people x 250,000 USD = 33,750,000 USD. There will also be approximately 20 mothers and 20 children, so the total = 43,750,000 USD, plus the monolithic dome people chose as their home. The prices for the domes will start at about 125,000 USD and go up to 1,000,000 USD, with solar energy included. For more see the Monolithic Domes section and the Solar Energy section.
Each of the Love Communities will have a state of the art health club in a monolithic dome. They will also have a 20 yard long (44 full laps equals one mile) 3 lane swimming pool with an extra wading area, a large hot tub, two saunas, two clay tennis courts with lights, one full-sized basketball court with lights, shuffleboard courts, and a playground for toddlers, children, and adults. The other 3,500,000 USD cost of the massive solar microgrid will derive from a 25,000 USD or more charge depending on size per residential dome.
Costs To Run The First Of The Love Communities Is 3,849,000 Per Year x Five Years = 19,396,000 USD
Salaries 144 x 7,812.5 per Year (150 per week) = 1,125,00 per year
Legal, Taxes, Insurance, Administrative, etc. = 1,000,000 per year
Food for 184 People x 10 USD per Day = 1,840 x 365 = 672,000 per year
Health Insurance for 184 People x 3,000 = 552,000 per Year
Maintenance and Sanitation = 500,000 per year
Therefore the total costs to create the first of the Love Communities will be about 40,000,000 USD for the land, construction and to run it for approximately five years.
